Terms of Service

These terms apply to payment links issued by EVOLYX S.R.L. for on-demand car parts.

Orders

Products and prices are confirmed individually based on the requested vehicle part, specification, availability, and supplier quote. A payment link should be used only for the quote or order identified in the payment message.

Payment

Payments are processed through Viva’s hosted checkout. EVOLYX S.R.L. does not receive or store full card details.

Delivery

Expected delivery is generally 3–10 business days after payment confirmation, depending on supplier availability and logistics. The estimated timeframe is confirmed with each order.
