Before dispatch

Contact EVOLYX S.R.L. as soon as possible using the details in your quote or payment message. Cancellation requests are reviewed before the part is ordered or dispatched.

After supplier order or dispatch

Because parts are sourced on demand, cancellation and refund availability may depend on whether the supplier has accepted the order, the part has been dispatched, and applicable consumer-law exceptions. We will explain any applicable charges or restrictions before processing the request.

Defective or incorrect parts

Report an issue promptly with your order reference and photographs where relevant. We will coordinate the appropriate remedy under applicable law and the agreed order terms.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and issuing bank.
